Gentle debt collection. The way forward? - bizitalker - 01-13-2012 05:14 PM

Many companies are frightened of pursuing their outstanding invoices with debt collection agencies in case they upset their customers and lose their business. Prompt Payer practises a different kind of debt management and recovery. Threatening letters, abusive phone calls and bailiffs are not on our agenda. We have built up a solid reputation with our 65,000 members for debt recovery - many of which had hitherto been written off - but still leaving the client relationship intact and ongoing. Some call it gentle debt collection, some call it nice, some friendly. Whatever the title - it works, and we will continue to use this method.
Many thousands of our members can now sleep at night knowing we look after one of their main worries for them -Late Payment. Leaving them to do what they do best - sell their services. (We of course help them do this as well but that's another story.)

Call 0845 069 7000 - talk to Mark Flower and leave this awkward problem to us.

Oh, and by the way, Debt Collection is free to our members.

We collected over £1 million of 'written off' debts, free of charge, for our members last year. To say they were very pleased indeed would be a considerable understatement. Call us on 0845 069 7000 for advice on improving your cash flow.
